Returns / Warranty Policy

Our products carry a 12 month warranty, except if stated otherwise in the product description. It is up to the client to send (and pay for the courier costs) us the faulty goods. Please note, if sending back a product, the invoice and all accessories (e.g. power supply) must also be returned. Upon receiving the products our technical department will test the products and if faulty, repair or replace it (if under warranty) and send the product back to the client within the borders of South Africa. CCTV Shop will pay for the couriers to return the product to the client within the borders of South Africa. If the product was found to be not faulty, the client will pay for the courier costs back to the client. Please note: Lightning damage or voltage spikes (low or high) are not covered under our warranty.

If you are not happy with your purchase made you may return the products within 7 days with its original packaging and invoice for a refund. The products and packaging (box) must be free of any damage or scratches.

Please note that there is a 15% handling fee which will be deducted from the price. Shipping costs are for your account when returning the products.
